1. Do you travel for destination Events?

Absolutely. We love capturing special moments in new locations and are available for destination events worldwide. Contact us with your event details, and we’ll create a package tailored to your location and requirements.

2. What is your payment/deposit policy?

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your event. Full payment terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

3.How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated depending on our availability.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We primarily specialise in digital video content and films, delivered in high quality for you to enjoy and share. However, print and album options are also be available upon request, depending on your package

5. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in your booking agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! We welcome your ideas and any specific moments or shots you'd love us to capture. You’re also welcome to share inspiration with us ahead of your event so we can understand your vision and make sure we capture the moments that matter most to you.

7. What happens if my event runs behind schedule?

We understand that events don't always run exactly to plan. If your event runs beyond your booked coverage, additional time can be added subject to availability and our overtime rate.

8. Can you work alongside photographers and other vendors?

Absolutely! We regularly work alongside planners and other event professionals. We aim to work seamlessly with your team while capturing your event without disrupting the experience.
